  39. why?  when hams are allowed to run 1500w max.  902-928Mhz is a ham band.
  40. As long as your following part97 - which includes _identification_ - then 
  41. you should be legit.  Correct me if 900mhz phones radiate outside the 
  42. 902-928mhz band.

  63.         All this being done by those fine amateurs with coded
  64. licenses???  I thought the blame for ruining ham radio was the "No-code
  65. Technicians".  Maybe I won't get a Technician Plus license, we don't
  66. seem to have problems like this on 2M.
